I am so excited it is Thursday because I leave for Asheville, NC tomorrow!  My sister and her boyfriend are meeting my boyfriend and I for a fun weekend trip.  We have many things planned.  I can’t wait to share next week.  Two nights ago one of my friends and I went to the Grand Ole Opry just for fun.(and to mix it up a bit)  I am a huge country music fan.  Any chance to go to the Opry is special to me.  The first time I went I was 17 and my Dad had taken me on my first trip to Nashville.  In case you aren’t familiar it is a 90 year old live broadcast radio show where a variety of country singers come and sing about 3 songs a piece.  The night we went some of the acts were Lee Brice, Chris Janson, and Darius Rucker.  Chris Jansen did a fantastic job and I really admired his talent.  It was pouring rain but that didn’t stop us from having a good time!

On to this outfit!  I bought this pink top almost 6 years ago! The summer after my freshman year of college my twin sister interned in New York City.  I got to visit her for a weekend and we had a ball.  One of the things we did was she took me to H&M for the first time.  Being from a smaller town in FL where the closest mall was a 30-45 minute commute, I still remember how unbelievable the size of the department stores were in NYC.  I never realized I would wear this shirt so much.  An oversized light pink top comes in handy more than you think.  Thats why I linked to similar tops at H&M now.  Underneath the blush top is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.  I know I say that about everything but this one really is ha-ha.  A solid black ribbed turtle neck dress.  I can layer it with anything.  It’s like wearing yoga pants in dress form.  Sooooo casual and free!  I like the length too. It shows off my favorite boots.  I have explained in a previous post my thought process on the perfect OTK boots.  You can read about that here.  I am still head over heels for these longgggg black boots.  They are wild, but I love to rock them!  I am wearing a Kendra Scott necklace and wrapping up this look with some large pink studs!  Hope you like this one.  As always, thanks for reading!
