Happy Tuesday everyone! Sorry I have been MIA.  You should expect some solid posts the rest of this week!!  My parents were in town this past weekend and I was showing them the sites around Nasssshville.  Then last night I had to take it easy since I’ve been out of town or had family in town for about THREE weeks now! I’m not complaining though. I love it! Party-party!!!  Thank goodness I am officially back on track with my normal routine!  I was also superrr sick last week with what might have been food poisoning so that set me back as well.  Worst feeling ever!! But it’s alright because I’m back at it!

Speaking of staying healthy, I hope everyone is still diligent with their new year’s resolutions.  This year I didn’t make any resolutions.  Instead, my boyfriend and I made a list of activities we want to do by the end of the year.  We decided we would tackle one at a time.

The activities on our list include: try a title boxing class, a weeklong trip to Austin, TX, a cruise, a weekend trip to Savannah, GA, a white water rafting trip in the Carolinas, and a concealed carry permit class (we are doing this in two weeks and plan on buying guns together) this girl is going to be packing some heat!!!  I know what you are thinking.  That’s a lot of stuff.  Don’t worry, we’ve decided that just getting a few things under our belt before summer would be awesome!!!

Now about this outfit!! Even though the weather is too cold right now to wear this one down the street, I had to show it to you because who doesn’t love a shimmery gold MAXI SKIRT!?!  This is that maxi skirt I have mentioned before.  I got it for Christmas and I think it makes any girl feel GORGEOUS.  I think you should have at least one maxi skirt in your closet because they are simply so much fun to wear.  Maybe not one this extravagant, but at least a solid staple skirt to pair with many tops.  I have done some shopping for you and selected a few I think you might like below.  Unfortunately this exact skirt is sold out.  Mostly because I waited for it to go on sale before I bought it.  Regardless, like all maxi skirts it’s super girly and SO much fun to twirl around in!!  The top is a classic silk tank from J. Crew which I love wearing out on the town.  I love the back of it too.  It covers all the important areas as well if you are like me and prefer not to wear a bandeau. These shoes are my new FAV because they cover enough of your foot to wear year-round. One pair AALLLLLL year.  The savings!!!!  Ha-ha.  They also match everything.  I am carrying my favorite Michael Kors purse that I own. It holds everything and I use it anytime I need to carry my laptop around but still be somewhat stylish.  Space for dayss!!!  The pretty taupe color makes it versatile.  I’ve also got that Kendra Scott ring on deck.  I love her stuff!! Well that’s it gals!!  Keep on keeping on!!
